Launching Business Incubator at UJ

On 4^th May, 2009, the Dean of the Faculty of Business at the University of Jordan, Prof. Hani Al-Dmour, launched the "Business Incubator” initiative which stimulates and encourages students and researchers from the faculty to prepare and design projects of economic and financial feasibility based on comprehensive scientific bases.

 Prof. Al-Dmour urged the students to cooperate with the faculty to achieve a common understanding on the role of the incubator in serving the targeted sectors, and to make suggestions that may help develop and conduct research and scientific studies that would identify the appropriate mechanisms to enable the incubator accomplish its mission.

He stressed that the Business Incubator will be one of the important tools of investment which provides the faculty’s students with expertise and information for preparing projects that may reduce the levels of unemployment at local, regional and global levels.
